Raising the rose flower in her right hand, the saint said: “Arise, O children of Zion. Come and embrace the Light. The Saviour is calling you to the Light. He is the light of the world; the light shining in the darkness and the darkness has no power over Him. He is the Son of God and the Son of the Virgin Mary. He has the key of salvation. I am Saint Cecelia, the servant of this great light. Friends, the Light sent me to speak to you on the agony of a soul. Dear friends, sorrow, depression, pain, loss of spiritual weight, fear, blindness and regret are the agonies of a sinful soul. Darkness covers the vision of the eyes of hope of such soul. The sweet peace of holiness has been lost due to sin because; there is a separation from the union of a great lover. Friends of the Light, sin separates souls from the true lover, Jesus Christ. Jesus who has suffered much to win your love is now wounded again. He is the crucified love who has been much wounded for love of you. And now a sinful soul has to cause more wounds to the wounds of His Heart. When a soul separates from the friendship of a true lover; the false lover, Satan, will seize the soul and poison her with all the vices of hell. That soul has exchanged the virtues of holiness. She has betrayed light for the sake of darkness. She has exchanged Jesus with Satan. He has abandoned peace to possess bitterness. In the bitterness of sorrow will such soul live till she cries out for help. Otherwise she will perish in the agony of sin and death. Dear friends of the light arise and let the fallen ones rise. Lift up your tired hand. Call on God for help, he will come quickly to save you and bless you. Your place in the city of God’s love is waiting for you to come back. Arise! SECOND MESSAGE OF THE FIRST HOUR DATE: 15TH JULY, 2005 TIME: 3:00 PM VENUE: MY ALTAR OF REPARATION, AWKA TOPIC: HOLY MORTIFICATION THE POWER OF RESISTANCE TO SIN In my prayer during this hour, I saw in a vision, Our Lady who came with seven little Angels. She quietly said: “Peace from Heaven be with you! I am your Mother, and the Mother of Agonizing Jesus Christ. I am Mary, the refuge of sinners. I come to say these little words of love to you on this last day of the 3-days prayer in honour of the Holy Trinity. Draw nearer and hear My words. Children, I come to inform you to build up in you the power of self-control and the grace of resistance to sin by means of Holy Mortification. To resist sin, you must be a mortified man. A mortified man is the master of his senses. He has power over his senses and over his urge to act. He is the one who turns the man of the self into a spiritual man. He makes his animal man a man of grace. He is the temple of the God who lives in him. Children, the Holy Spirit is the driver of this temple. The Spirit carries him whenever He likes. The Spirit guides and controls the man of this nature. The Spirit gives him life. In these days of darkness, constant practice of mortification is your hope of survival. Children, it is a struggle, it is a war. And you are called to fight, to struggle and to conquer. Children, you can do it I encourage you. There are many like you who have done it in the past. They suffered what you are suffering now and even greater suffering than yours. With violence, faith, struggle, determination, and love they conquered. Stand up and say, “I am ready for war!” I quickly said, “I am ready for war!” “Yes”, she continued, “it is warfare. You must say no to your will many times so as to follow the will of God. You must fight the flesh and train her to obey the will and the desire of the Spirit promptly. You must crucify the desire of nature of sin in you with Christ on the Cross of salvation; so as to rise with Him to a new life. When I say crucifixion, I mean that you have to nail to the cross through mortification, your pride, and all sins that are controlling you. Children you have to die to sin so as to rise with Christ for a new life. Whoever follows Him to Calvary and dies with Him will surely rise to a new life of grace. Jesus is the life and the resurrection. He died to give life to all men. Surrender all to Him, He will give you the best. Children, your problem may be your inability to say, “No!” to your evil will. Offer me your willingness to be made willing, I will help you. I am the refuge of sinners. May the grace and the fruit of this month of July remain with you all! I am interceding for you all. He was weeping in deep agony due to the pain of His crucifixion. As I watched, cloud covered the whole place. In the cloud appeared the Agonizing Face of Jesus Christ who calmly said: “Peace be with you all My children! Happy to see a large number of My lovers who are eager to be My consolers. I can see many hearts turning to me in prayer and with desire to love Me in this month of July. I welcome you all into these days of grace and of blessing. I am the wounded Agonizing Jesus Christ who loves you all. Come and share My love. Children, I come to heal your wounded love and reveal to you more about My covenant of Blood between Me and you and the Father. Dear souls of Mine, where are you? The Love and your great defender is looking for you. What has happened to you? Have you been wounded so much? I come to heal you and to save you. Look up, you will see your salvation coming to save you and to heal you. Do not despair. There is hope for you. You can still conquer if you hear My voice and come. See, I have come to give you victory. I saw you when the battle was going on in your soul. Your soul is the battle ground for this Great War. My presence in you is the target of the enemy. They aimed at destroying My Temple and chasing Me away. And see, you have been wounded so much in this battle. Children, renounce the world, the self and Satan once again; stand to challenge them with the power of My name and with all the strength of your soul. I say, challenge the world and all its forces with the power of My name. Nothing is valuable in the world unless it takes its value from Me. The glory of the world is nothing if it does not take a soul to the glory of Heaven and brings true peace to the soul of the flesh. I say challenge the flesh with the power of My name and through the strength of Holy Mortification. Victory will be yours in My Name. Children say no to the voice of sin in you and have your soul at peace. You are precious to Me. And see, I have shed my Blood to save you. How can I bear the pain of losing you? Losing you My children is so bitter. My Heart burns for love of you. I cannot control the flame of love in My Heart for you. I am willing to die for love of you again and again. You don’t even know how much I value you? You are My little flower. Ponder in your heart this story of love and grasp My love. “A prince of a rich king fell in love with a wretched slave girl in a certain poor village, very far from the city of this prince. At a time, the prince left to search for this poor slave girl. He found her dying of poverty and of slavery. The prince threw himself at her feet to express his desire and his love. But the poor girl paid him back with scorn. The prince abandoned all his dignity to serve the poor girl in order to win her love; but all was in vain. The prince went crazy to fight for the freedom of this poor slave girl. This fight for freedom cost him his life. He died for her to set her free. Yet, the girl did not care to love the one who died for love of her. She was ungrateful of this great love shown to her. She is mindless of this love. She did not even care to know whom the man was, she neglected all these favours to the extent of not remembering them. Children, who can you compare this girl to; each one of you is like this poor girl. This is what you are doing to Me. But I have forgiven you. I need your love now. He was silent for some time and finally said: “Children, my love is eternal. I am merciful. My Blood is a seal of everlasting covenant. Mercy, love, and forgiveness flow from the ocean of My Blood. The Blood is shed for your salvation. Children of mine do not fear to come back to Me. I am waiting for you to come back. My heart is longing to have you back. I am forgiveness and love. I value you more than your sins. That is why I died for you when you were worthless in sin. At that time death and sin were better than you. One would prefer to choose death or sin rather than to choose you. But I singled you out in the midst of odds and paid the price for your head and the debt you acquired due to your evil with My Blood. I washed away your sins and cleansed you of your odds. Children you are precious to Me. I love you so much. Why do you think that I will abandon you now that you are partially wounded with sin? No! My love for you is great! You are Children of My Heart. I need you always. Children, do not delay to come back to Me. Your delay hangs Me and tortures Me all the more. Come back to Me. Come My Heart is waiting for you to come. I am ready to forgive. In the cloud appeared the Holy Agonizing Face of Jesus Christ who calmly said: “My children, I call on all who are living in the sorrow of their past weaknesses to come and have peace. Come dear lovers of Mine. I have forgiven you and healed you. Why can’t you forgive yourself and grow up with love? Why are you wounding your heart so much in regret of your past failures? Your weakness has humiliated you and you are to learn of My love and mercy from it. I am the wounded Agonizing Jesus Christ. Be bumble and forgive yourself. Think of Me who loves you so much. I have forgiven you and I love you more. My eyes are even more on you now because I have to care for you more tenderly. For those who are humble, they shall see their weakness and learn how to overcome it through their failure. But the proud ones will despair or get lost in sin. Your failure is not your damnation. You can fail and still rise to the highest goal. My three falls on the road to Calvary prove that after ones failure, one can still get the victorious crown. Rise, O little wounded souls of Mine, I am here to heal you. By My wounds you are healed and by My Blood you are saved. Through the merit of My Holy wounds, I will heal the wounds of your souls. I am already nursing you with My words of hope. My love is the medicine for you. My Precious Blood which sealed the everlasting covenant of this love will save you. I am the Wounded Agonizing Jesus Christ Who loves you. You have your will to surrender for My Glory. I have no power over your will and desire. It is through this will and desires of yours that arise passion, pride, envy, avarice and all kinds of evil. You can surrender this will and desires of yours to Me and have peace. Children, you are to surrender to me all the delight of sensuality of the flesh by denying yourself all sensible delight. I will reward you with Holy feelings of My Kingdom and with the joy of the Saints. Surrender your judgment and your respect to Me by seeing others as better than you, and by true hidden life of humility and self-abasement. This is the angelic purity like that of a little child. Aim at this height of perfection which gives true peace and rest to the soul. You are to do this by not thinking evil of one another. I say, do not envy one another. Be happy to see the good and progress of your neighbour. Be humble to learn always in the light of holiness. Imitate the good of others with a purity of intention to be better. Do not harken to take away your neighbour’s position. Rather support him with pure intention and love. I will put you in your own position in a good time. Always see others as better than yourself and at the same time be contented with your poor positions. Love all with a free heart and be happy with everyone. I assure you that your life is in My hand. I will care for you as Mothers care for their children. No one will ever harm you because you are children of My precious Blood. You are precious in My eyes. When I say ‘free soul’, I mean the soul that left everything and followed Me. My Blood is the source of life giving water to such a soul. My wounds are source of healing and consolation to such a soul. My children, there is a sweetness in purity of life which a sinful soul cannot understand. This sweetness comes from the peace which My Blood gives. Who can taste this sweetness? It is only those who are pure and simple in heart. Children, freedom I declare to you all. I mean freedom from sadness. Come out of darkness O you beloved souls. Come and taste the sweetness of salvation. I have saved you. The enemy will not see you again. Your wounded heart is healed; your sorrow is now happiness. My Blood has done all these things for you. My Blood has made you well. Do not think of going back to the world of sin and of sadness. In the cloud appeared the Agonizing Face of Jesus Christ who calmly said: “My children, if you want to remain in Me and continue to enjoy My peace, you will daily struggle to acquire virtues. How blessed are those who fight their defects and their weakness with eagerness to be better; they will be My Saints. Virtues are acquired by being vigilant to pick up daily, the roses I drop on your way. What are the roses? These are the trials that arouse your imperfections. It is set for you to reveal your weakness. And whoever among you that will see and pluck the virtues of the roses will be My Saint. Anger is aroused for you to pick the virtues of joy, pride for you to pick humility; falsehood for you to pick truth, lust for you to pick chastity, envy for you to pick love; and many more weaknesses of yours for you to pick the opposing virtues. Children, these virtues are gains, which you will be proud to acquire every day. As many as the challenges that come to you, which you are able to acquire, so are the happiness and peace that will be deposited in your heart. That also will be the brightness of your soul. The vision lasted for a while, and then cloud came down and covered the whole place. In the cloud appeared the Agonizing Face of Jesus Christ who calmly said: “I am searching for your heart, my dear lovers. I am searching to win your heart for Myself. I want that heart of yours to love Me. If only My love will capture yours, all these imperfections of yours will disappear. Can I have it My lovers? You say you love Me; but your heart is far from Me. See all I suffered for you. Barnabas, you saw Me naked and dragged mercilessly in the sight of the world. I am not ashamed of dying for you because I am bound by love. I mean My love for you. But today, My lovers are ashamed to prove their love for Me. They did not even love Me; they are merely moved by the sentiments of their self-love. I cannot even see in their hearts a concern of My love for them. All I can see is the evil of their animal man. O when will my lovers see the Blood poured out for love of them and love! Indeed, I poured My Blood only to win your love for Me and My Father. What else will I do for you to be worthy of your love? Shall I die again for you? But truly, you should know that I am already dying for you. And you are daily crucifying Me for lack of your love for Me. On the day when My lovers will raise love My, I will be most happy and My kingdom will manifest in their hearts and in the world. I will repeat to My adversary: “Truly, I have conquered the world”. Children will you not like Me to say those words? I answered, “Father, we really want you to say them”. Then Our Lord said: “Stand up and love Me.” “And for this reason, I charge all My youths to enter into a campaign of purity and chastity in the world. He gently and calmly said: “Children, I will be sure of your love only when I see that you can prove this love in the time of difficulties, trials and when despised. Many say to Me, “I love you Lord” but their hearts do not possess any flame of love. In the heart that really loves, there is a burning flame of love which cannot be extinguished neither by joy nor sadness, victory nor defeat, praise nor persecution. Their love will always flame like the sun which remains a burning flame either in day or in the night. When the cloud of coldness covers, there is no coldness in the heart that truly loves. “Children, you should not say that you love Me until this sweet chalice of Mine that taste bitter in your mouth, begins to taste sweet to you. I mean the sweet chalice, which I so much cherish. I mean the sweet cross of love. Until these crosses of yours taste sweet, you cannot say that you love. My true lovers are friends of the cross. They are known as the cross-bearers. Their hearts will not find rest each day, until they have been drunk to their satisfaction, with the Chalice of My love. I mean the Chalice of their daily crosses. The day I fail to offer them enough crosses, they regard that day as a bad day. They say to their soul, “this day I did not give you a full meal, O my poor soul, because I cannot find any more for you. Be calm, perhaps, tomorrow the Lord will supply them in abundance.” This is the desire of the souls that really love. Children, I will like to see you at this level of love. She came nearer and kindly said: “Children, throughout the days of this month, My Jesus has been showing you His tender love and mercy. You have seen how He loves you, even when you remain in sin and care not to see His love. His patience for you is enduring. He waits for you to rise and value His love and mercy. “Children see how His love for you has even cost Him His Blood which cleanses your iniquities. He loves you and died for you. The Creator died for His creatures. Go and love your neighbour as Christ has loved you. Even if it will cause the shedding of the last drop of your blood; be willing to pour it for this purpose. For truly I say to you, “there is no other means through which you can show love to Jesus better than through the love of your neighbour. Whatever you do to these little ones, you did it to Me”, says Christ. If God died for man, it is not too great for man to die for his fellow man. So, I say to you my children, love that they may love the Love who greatly desires to be loved by men. Today, being the eve of the end of the prayers of the month of July for the renewal of the world, I call on all my Children to practice true love. Struggle! All you children of renewal to be perfect. SECOND MESSAGE OF THE FIFTH HOUR DATE: 31ST JULY, 2005 TIME: 3:00 AM VENUE: MY ALTAR OF REPARATION, AWKA TOPIC: VERY SOON ALL EYES WILL SEE THE GLORY OF THE CRUCIFIED LAMB On this day of the last day of the month of July prayer at this hour, I saw in a vision a hung Crucifix appearing from the sun as the sun rises. As the rays of the sun brightened up the universe, the image of the Crucified Saviour, wounded and bathed in blood appeared clearly. After a while, cloud came down and covered the whole place. In the cloud, appeared the Holy Agonizing Jesus Christ who calmly said: “When I am lifted up, I will draw all men to Myself. Yes, my little lilies will lift me up through their humility and perseverance in true love. They will allow themselves to be crushed, despised, trampled underfoot and persecuted for Me to be known, praise and glorified. They will lift Me up through their holiness of life for Me to reign in the hearts of all men. I am happy to see these days coming soon like the rising sun. No force of darkness will ever stop it. Very soon all eyes will see the glory of the Crucified Lamb which will manifest in the life of My little ones. They shall say, “Truly He loves us”. They will repent from their evil ways to marry the Love. So I bless you all My little Angels in the world who are hastening the kingdom of My Father on earth; My death is your salvation. I bless you the lowly and most neglected who pick the neglected petals of perfection; My Wounds will be your comfort. An idol-worshipper is a pagan. God’s Temple is not a pagan temple. God never dwells in the sanctuary of pagans. So, my dear friends, an idol worshipper is empty of God. In this journey towards the intimate union with God, all idols in the soul of man must be destroyed. The evil forest must be cleared. All the thrones of Satan in the soul of man must be pulled down and leveled before the King of Glory comes and dwells within. Friends, you can do this if you strongly will it. God sustains every man who strongly will to do good with His grace. If you really desire the holy union with God, I mean, the happiest thing every soul dreams of, do what I tell you. That may be your false idea and understanding. Know this truth that nobody is as interested in you as Christ Jesus is, he understands you more than anyone could ever understand you. No human friend will be capable of loving you and giving you perfect friendship as my Jesus. Why then do you treat Him as stranger in His own house? And now a sinful soul has to cause more wounds to the wounds of His Heart. When a soul separates from the friendship of a true lover; the false lover, Satan, will seize the soul and poison her with all the vices of hell. That soul has exchanged the virtues of holiness. She has betrayed light for the sake of darkness. She has exchanged Jesus with Satan. He has abandoned peace to possess bitterness. In the bitterness of sorrow will such soul live till she cries out for help. Otherwise she will perish in the agony of sin and death. Dear friends of the light arise and let the fallen ones rise. At a time, the prince left to search for this poor slave girl. He found her dying of poverty and of slavery. The prince threw himself at her feet to express his desire and his love. But the poor girl paid him back with scorn. The prince abandoned all his dignity to serve the poor girl in order to win her love; but all was in vain. The prince went crazy to fight for the freedom of this poor slave girl. This fight for freedom cost him his life. He died for her to set her free. Yet, the girl did not care to love the one who died for love of her. She was ungrateful of this great love shown to her. She is mindless of this love. She did not even care to know whom the man was, she neglected all these favours to the extent of not remembering them. This is the angelic purity like that of a little child. Aim at this height of perfection which gives true peace and rest to the soul. You are to do this by not thinking evil of one another. I say, do not envy one another. Be happy to see the good and progress of your neighbour. Be humble to learn always in the light of holiness. Imitate the good of others with a purity of intention to be better. Do not harken to take away your neighbour’s position. Rather support him with pure intention and love. I will put you in your own position in a good time. Always see others as better than yourself and at the same time be contented with your poor positions. Love all with a free heart and be happy with everyone. I assure you that your life is in My hand. I will care for you as Mothers care for their children. When I say ‘free soul’, I mean the soul that left everything and followed Me. My Blood is the source of life giving water to such a soul. My wounds are source of healing and consolation to such a soul. My children, there is a sweetness in purity of life which a sinful soul cannot understand. This sweetness comes from the peace which My Blood gives. Who can taste this sweetness? It is only those who are pure and simple in heart. Children, freedom I declare to you all. I mean freedom from sadness. Come out of darkness O you beloved souls. Come and taste the sweetness of salvation. I have saved you. The enemy will not see you again. Your wounded heart is healed; your sorrow is now happiness. My Blood has done all these things for you. My Blood has made you well. Do not think of going back to the world of sin and of sadness. In the cloud appeared the Agonizing Face of Jesus Christ who calmly said: “My children, if you want to remain in Me and continue to enjoy My peace, you will daily struggle to acquire virtues. How blessed are those who fight their defects and their weakness with eagerness to be better; they will be My Saints. Virtues are acquired by being vigilant to pick up daily, the roses I drop on your way. What are the roses? These are the trials that arouse your imperfections. It is set for you to reveal your weakness. And whoever among you that will see and pluck the virtues of the roses will be My Saint. Anger is aroused for you to pick the virtues of joy, pride for you to pick humility; falsehood for you to pick truth, lust for you to pick chastity, envy for you to pick love; and many more weaknesses of yours for you to pick the opposing virtues. I want that heart of yours to love Me. If only My love will capture yours, all these imperfections of yours will disappear. Can I have it My lovers? You say you love Me; but your heart is far from Me. See all I suffered for you. Barnabas, you saw Me naked and dragged mercilessly in the sight of the world. I am not ashamed of dying for you because I am bound by love. I mean My love for you. But today, My lovers are ashamed to prove their love for Me. They did not even love Me; they are merely moved by the sentiments of their self-love. I cannot even see in their hearts a concern of My love for them. All I can see is the evil of their animal man. O when will my lovers see the Blood poured out for love of them and love! Indeed, I poured My Blood only to win your love for Me and My Father. What else will I do for you to be worthy of your love? Shall I die again for you? But truly, you should know that I am already dying for you. And you are daily crucifying Me for lack of your love for Me. On the day when My lovers will raise love My, I will be most happy and My kingdom will manifest in their hearts and in the world. I will repeat to My adversary: “Truly, I have conquered the world”. He gently and calmly said: “Children, I will be sure of your love only when I see that you can prove this love in the time of difficulties, trials and when despised. Many say to Me, “I love you Lord” but their hearts do not possess any flame of love. In the heart that really loves, there is a burning flame of love which cannot be extinguished neither by joy nor sadness, victory nor defeat, praise nor persecution. Their love will always flame like the sun which remains a burning flame either in day or in the night. When the cloud of coldness covers, there is no coldness in the heart that truly loves. “Children, you should not say that you love Me until this sweet chalice of Mine that taste bitter in your mouth, begins to taste sweet to you. I mean the sweet chalice, which I so much cherish. I mean the sweet cross of love. Until these crosses of yours taste sweet, you cannot say that you love. My true lovers are friends of the cross. They are known as the cross-bearers. Their hearts will not find rest each day, until they have been drunk to their satisfaction, with the Chalice of My love. I mean the Chalice of their daily crosses. The day I fail to offer them enough crosses, they regard that day as a bad day. They say to their soul, “this day I did not give you a full meal, O my poor soul, because I cannot find any more for you. Be calm, perhaps, tomorrow the Lord will supply them in abundance.” This is the desire of the souls that really love. Children, I will like to see you at this level of love. She came nearer and kindly said: “Children, throughout the days of this month, My Jesus has been showing you His tender love and mercy. You have seen how He loves you, even when you remain in sin and care not to see His love. His patience for you is enduring. He waits for you to rise and value His love and mercy. “Children see how His love for you has even cost Him His Blood which cleanses your iniquities. He loves you and died for you. The Creator died for His creatures. Go and love your neighbour as Christ has loved you. Even if it will cause the shedding of the last drop of your blood; be willing to pour it for this purpose. For truly I say to you, “there is no other means through which you can show love to Jesus better than through the love of your neighbour. Whatever you do to these little ones, you did it to Me”, says Christ. If God died for man, it is not too great for man to die for his fellow man. So, I say to you my children, love that they may love the Love who greatly desires to be loved by men. Today, being the eve of the end of the prayers of the month of July for the renewal of the world, I call on all my Children to practice true love. Struggle! All you children of renewal to be perfect. As the rays of the sun brightened up the universe, the image of the Crucified Saviour, wounded and bathed in blood appeared clearly. After a while, cloud came down and covered the whole place. In the cloud, appeared the Holy Agonizing Jesus Christ who calmly said: “When I am lifted up, I will draw all men to Myself. Yes, my little lilies will lift me up through their humility and perseverance in true love. They will allow themselves to be crushed, despised, trampled underfoot and persecuted for Me to be known, praise and glorified. They will lift Me up through their holiness of life for Me to reign in the hearts of all men. I am happy to see these days coming soon like the rising sun. No force of darkness will ever stop it. Very soon all eyes will see the glory of the Crucified Lamb which will manifest in the life of My little ones. They shall say, “Truly He loves us”. The Saint was accompanied by two little Angels. Coming nearer the Saint said: “How happy are those souls who are in union with God; they are among the happiest beings on earth. Wisdom has shown them the way of peace. God is their satisfaction. But how restless are those whose wills oppose the will of God. They will be in continuous battle with their God. Surely the will of God must be done. So, defeat is theirs. I am your friend Bernard. Dear friends of God, Jesus sent me to tell you to remove all idols in your very souls. This is the first and foremost step towards the road of holy union. Friends, the idols are those things that hold the soul captive more than God. These idols could be money, beauty, pleasure, self, your wife, your husband, your friends and many more seductive things. A server of these things is an idol-worshipper. An idol-worshipper is a pagan. God’s Temple is not a pagan temple. God never dwells in the sanctuary of pagans. So, my dear friends, an idol worshipper is empty of God. In this journey towards the intimate union with God, all idols in the soul of man must be destroyed. The evil forest must be cleared. All the thrones of Satan in the soul of man must be pulled down and leveled before the King of Glory comes and dwells within. Friends, you can do this if you strongly will it. God sustains every man who strongly will to do good with His grace. If you really desire the holy union with God, I mean, the happiest thing every soul dreams of, do what I tell you. He is the Lord of lords, the Prince of Peace. I am your friend and Brother Francis, the man of Assisi. Friends, I come to ask you to take a second step towards the holy union with God. How blessed is the temple in which the King of Glory dwells. Friends, Jesus sent me to give you a guide towards the third step along the journey of the holy union. The step is called the “Enthronement of God in His Sanctuary.” Now that the idol had been removed and destroyed and Christ is welcome in this sanctuary, the next step is the Enthronement of God. He wants you to take the fourth step towards the holy union with Him. The step is: Closer To God in the Sanctuary of Your Very Soul. Friends of the living God, Holy Trinity is interested in you more than any friend on earth may ever be. The love of your God cares for you always. The awareness of this love is the first move towards this closeness. If God consoles you, no bitterness will ever come your way. But if He withdraws His consolation, no friends of the world can give it back to you. Turn to Him, who is the source of happiness and consolation, He will quench your thirst. Friends, you are to do this through you continuous effort to meet Him in prayer. Pray always and everywhere, by turning your attention to Him often. Learn to avoid distraction in prayer. I will give you this admonition to prepare you for further battle ahead. You see that these days are evil. The final battle is getting to its climax. Your enemies are increasing in number. They know that they have little time left; that is why they work day and night against your soul. Jesus has seen this and chooses a theme of great importance to you. The theme is called, “The Dark Night of a Soul”. Jesus wants to save you from the pit of darkness and everlasting shame in the end, which is why He sent you His Holy Ones to teach you. Listen to them and hate sin. You will bring peace and light to your soul. Children, My Jesus sent me to admonition you. My advice to you is that sin is ugly, sin is wicked, and sin is dangerous. You must hate sin, fight and conquer it so as to become the children of light. Otherwise, you are ugly, wicked, dangerous and children of darkness. Children, do not give any sin chance to be your friend. No matter how little a sin may look, it is dangerous to your soul. No matter how attractive and pleasing a sin may look, its pleasure may seem to taste sweet, it is bitter. Sin is the worst and most useless thing in the world. It keeps a soul in the prison of death and deprives such a soul the true peace from God. A sinful soul is a restless soul. He has no peace. Children, call your soul back from the pit of darkness by your urgent response to My call to holiness. You will do this by your readiness to fight sin and to conquer it. Surrender your nothingness to your God. Pray for the assistance of the Holy Ones. I am the refuge of sinners; I am ready to help all who ask for help. May My Jesus bless you, I leave you. THIRD MESSAGE OF THE SECOND LESSON DATE: 13TH JULY, 2005 TIME: 3:00 AM VENUE: MY ALTAR OF REPARATION, AWKA TOPIC: DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST SELF-PITY During this hour, I saw a Queen crowned with ever bright crown which was adorned with stars. Her cloth was as bright as the sun. She came down with numerous angels. In Her hands, she held bunches of white and red rose flowers. As she came nearer she calmly said: “Draw near to Me and hear My message of peace. My peace comes down from Heaven. I am your Queen, the Rosa Mystica, and the Mother of the Agonizing Jesus Christ. May the peace of Christ remain with you all! In the power of perfection; God leads a soul from a journey similar to that of Christ to be crucified, so as to resurrect in perfect holiness. This journey started from the banquet of the last super which represents the moment of joy like the day of your consecration to God. Then to the garden of agony which represents all the moments of great trials. Children, I will stop here to advice you on the issue of self-pity which has capacity to destroy a soul and render all your efforts useless. My Son and my God, Jesus, experienced the temptation of self-pity during His agony in the garden. The burden of His humanity fell upon Him when He said: “Father, take away this cup from Me”. This is the climax of the temptation of self-pity. But He did not end here. He moved beyond this level of self-pity to a level of faith and surrender. That is when He said, “Father, not My will, Thy will be done.” Children, had it not been that He overcame this temptation of self-pity, and met the women of Jerusalem, His entire journey will be almost impossible. In your days of trials, do not yield to the consolation of self-pity. It is exterior consolation and delight. If you yield, you will find it difficult to conquer, because there is always an exterior consoler on the way. They will pity you to death. And your faith will fail you. Learn from My Jesus, the courage from the Spirit of total surrender to the will of God. Say with Him always, “Not my will; Thy will be done. You will surely be consoled and strengthened by God; so as to carry your cross to Calvary of redemption and there to be crucified and die to sin; so as to resurrect with Christ for a new life. Children, if you do, the victorious crown will be yours. I pray for you always. I pray for the unity of the flock of Christ. I pray that all who My Son called to spread this devotion will remain united in one love and in one umbrella of My Holy Mantle. Whoever tries to divide and disturb the unity of this devotion will fail. Any priest who supports this will achieve the greatest failure. I am always ready to defend and protect this seed of renewal that has been sown in your midst. Surrender all to God, you will be victorious. And much happier are those who remain united to Me till the end; they shall enjoy the greatest happiness. I am the Agonizing Jesus Christ who called you. Today, you are celebrating the memory of My call. I am happy because you have offered Me your will and answered My call. See the harvest is getting bigger. And I have done all these things through you. You are blessed to be called. Children, remain united in Me and I will remain united with you. Surrender your will entirely to Me; and I will give you peace from Me. I am the one who called you to use you as I like for the salvation of souls. Allow Me to bend you and use you as I like. Do not claim to be anything. Do not claim to know anything. Surrender in perfect obedience to My will. Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart. Friends of Christ, anger has the capacity of killing all the virtues you have laboured for all through the years in a matter of seconds. So anger is a killer; it is a destroyer. It is dangerous. The soul of an angry man is in the darkness of sin. Such a soul cannot see the light of love. This is the night of sin, which my Jesus called the Dark night of a soul. Children of light, how can you overcome this dangerous sin and come out of darkness for life? I have only one word for you. Love! Conquer with love! Love is the meekness of heart; love is peace of the soul. Love is forgiveness. Love is acceptance. Ask yourself who am I angry with? Is it with God who loves you so much? Or man, the temple of God? Or is it yourself, the image of God? Could it be Satan, your examiner who tests you for promotion? No! You should not be angry with anyone or anything at all. Everything works as an instrument of goodness for you. You will learn this truth if only you will struggle to ascend to the throne of love. Friends of Christ, in this throne of love, one possesses a heart too difficult to offend; a heart which bears pains with a cheerful face, heart which seeks to please others rather than to be pleased. This is where the salvation of an angry man is; because anger disappears where love is. I encourage all who are affected by this disease to come near the stream of love and get cured. Jesus sent me to give you a message on the theme titled “the Dark night of a soul as a result of drunkenness.” A man of sin is a man of darkness. He is a blind man as well. Such a man has lost the sight of God’s light. The wisdom of the truth is far from his reach. He is possessed by the spirit of error and of death. Since sin is a habit, a man of sin is a slave of evil. He is in the bondage of sin. As a slave, he cannot do what he likes, since a force greater than his power is driving his motive and will. Who can save such a man from this grave captivity? Yes, no one but Jesus Christ who died that we might be saved. Come out! Come out!! All you who are living in sin come out!!! Do not fall into the pity of darkness. The sin of drunkenness is an immune deficiency disease that slowly eats up the life of a soul. Listen O friends of Christ, only in rare cases can such a soul be cured. All habitual sin is like this. Friends of Christ, the sin of drunkenness attacks the sense of reason. It blocks the wisdom of God from reaching a soul. It extinguishes the fire of the Holy Spirit in man. Worse still, it kills a soul. A drunkard will not possess the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus sent me to tell you to come out. Come to Jesus; He will give you His Spirit. And you may ask; how can I free myself from this bondage? Listen, you can free yourself. To be able to do this, you must do violence to yourself. I mean war. Friends, no other person will fight this battle for you but you. Jesus will only comes to give you victory. The earlier you start the better for you. Do not allow the kingdom of sin to grow too strong for you. Declare your independence now. Fight the battle with all your strength.
